    Serving Suggestion: Rump steak is at its best barbecued. Make a few cuts in the fat round the edge to prevent the meat from curling. Spread a little mustard and seasoning over each side. Barbecue the steaks over the hottest coals (Full grill) on each side for 2 minutes, basting occasionally with a barbeque sauce. Then move the steaks to an area with a slightly less intense heat, and cook for 4-10 minutes each side. Serve with onions and new potatoes.
